Parivartan Sanstha
Transforming Lives, Empowering Communities
Who We Are
Parivartan Sanstha is dedicated to the holistic development of socio-economically disadvantaged communities, particularly Adivasis, farmers, agricultural laborers, women, and children. Through research, education, skill development, and awareness programs, we strive to empower individuals and foster social commitment. Utilizing media, training, and community engagement, we aim to address rural and urban challenges, promote scientific and informal education, and facilitate access to government schemes. Our mission is to build a more equitable, informed, and self-reliant society.
Parivartan Sanstha was born out of a deep-seated commitment to social justice, empowerment, and sustainable development. Recognizing the struggles faced by socio-economically disadvantaged communities, a group of passionate individuals came together with a shared vision—to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of marginalized sections of society, particularly Adivasis, farmers, agricultural laborers, women, and children.
The journey of Parivartan Sanstha began with grassroots initiatives, focusing on rural development, education, and social awareness. The founders realized that while government schemes existed, many communities lacked access to them due to limited awareness and bureaucratic challenges. Thus, the organization took on the responsibility of bridging this gap, ensuring that essential resources, training, and information reached those in need.
Over the years, Parivartan Sanstha expanded its scope, engaging in research, advocacy, and skill development programs. Through seminars, awareness campaigns, and media outreach, it sought to empower individuals with knowledge and tools to uplift their own lives. The organization also became a platform for eradicating caste-based discrimination, promoting scientific education, and strengthening community participation in governance and decision-making.
With every step forward, Parivartan Sanstha has remained true to its name—“Parivartan,” meaning transformation. Today, it continues to drive positive change by integrating education, rural development, health initiatives, and socio-economic empowerment, working tirelessly towards an inclusive and self-reliant society.
